Accessibility at TrIQ

Advisory, event and group rooms

Our rooms at Gürtelstraße 35 in Berlin-Friedrichshain are not completely accessible with wheelchairs and other walking aids at the moment. On the way to our rooms are several doorsteps and between the elevator and entrance are two stairs. There is not a wheelchair accessible or toilet with grab bars.

If necessary, we also hold consultation appointments in wheelchair-accessible rooms outside of TrIQ. Our events can be placed in external wheelchair accessible rooms too.

Our advisory, event and group rooms are in german and in Braille signposted.

There can be side noises from outside, because the rooms lay next to railway street. But we ventilate with noiseless ventilators, so the windows can be closed.

Our offers that are interpreted (for example in german sign language or english spoken language) will be marked. For offers like advisory or events we can provide interpreters if you wish for it. Please contact us by e-mail therefore.

Our offers are usually free.

Since 2020 we create our digital offers more accessible. On our TrIQ homepage you can find informations about our offers in german sign language, in easy language and inclusive language and other languages.
