- You want to know more about the legal and political situation around first name and gender marker change?
For who?
We offer psychosocial and professional consultation for all people, who have personal and professional questions on the change of first name and gender marker, on Section 45b of the Personal Status Act, on the gender marker “various” and the deletion of the gender marker.
How?
Consultation can be personal or by email, phone or video call.
Where?
For a personal consultation we usually meet in the TrIQ rooms. You reach us by elevator to the 5th floor and some steps till the entrance and so far without wheelchair-accessible toilets. If you want to come to our consultations and the rooms are not accessible for you, please contact us anyway – we can meet in other rooms.
In which languages?
Consultations to § 45b Personal Status Act can be in german and english spoken language as well as in other languages with language mediation. If you want the consultation in a other language as german and english, please let us know in your request, so we can organize a language mediation.
When?
If you want to have a consultation, it is the best to make an appointment by the email mentioned here. you can also briefly tell us your concern in your email, so we can prepare better for the consultation – but of course that does not have to be the case.
